As a dad, I totally get how hard it is to keep your food and exercise as a priority, especially with work, shuttling the kids around, and still finding some quality time with your spouse! When life gets busy it’s easy to put your health on the back burner. But shelving your health is never the answer. Evolving your health to your new lifestyle is.
The reality is you do have time to eat clean foods and to exercise. We all just need realistic ways to make it happen. So to help you this Father’s Day weekend I have some gifts for you:
- First, here are two delicious grab n go recipes that I use all the time. One has 3 ingredients and the other has 6 ingredients plus both take under 10 minutes to make. The wrap you can really make in less than 3 minutes.
